buy.at is pleased to announce industry veteran Jeannine Crooks as the newest member of the US Account Management team.  Beginning her career in affiliate marketing in 1999, Jeannine is well versed in all areas of the performance channel – spending time as an affiliate, merchant, affiliate manager, and an affiliate recruiter for a US network.  These roles broadened her expertise to include Pay-Per-Click, Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing, as well as developing conversion strategies and tactics for both merchants and affiliates.

Working for companies including InsureMe.com, Jones International University, Link Connector, and IM Solutions, Jeannine managed advertisers of all sizes.  Her client roster includes brands such as Getty Images, One Big Planet, and Digital Instructor, where she doubled daily sales through the affiliate channel within the first four months of the program.  At InsureMe.com, Jeannine managed their PPC program and was recognized for increasing conversions while cutting costs by over 20%.

Above and beyond her time spent growing affiliate programs, she also stepped into a leadership role as an affiliate advocate to fight against the “affiliate tax” – a high profile issue in the US affiliate marketing industry.  Testifying before the Colorado House and Senate Finance committees, her efforts helped successfully change the bill to protect Colorado-based affiliates.
